Operational tasks

  • Tasks on tooltips:
    • Maintain and repairs tools, molds, clamps and guide machines for metalworking
    • Repair damaged tools, stitches, molds, guides and measuring tools and aids
    • Manufacture metal shapes (molds) for shaping plastic, ceramic and composite materials
    • Construct templates, tools and devices for cutting, bending, pulling, extruding, forging, casting and processing of plastics
    • Construct tool parts, with the accuracy of their checking
    • Perform the final processing of the works
    • Set tools to press and produces test samples.
  • Turning

5.2 Rizici i radni uvjeti (Risks and working conditions)

Workers, lathes, gliders and grinders work indoors. Oils are often exposed to machines. Most of them are standing and can lift medium and heavy loads. This article is mandatory to observe safety rules and to wear protective equipment, which reduces the risk of injury. Wearing glasses prevents small pieces of material from reaching the worker’s eyes and suits that chemicals – most often cleansing and lubricating agents – hurt his skin.
